The International Quadrathlon Federation is a governing body of the sport, under the name Quadrathlon, in short known as IQF.
IQF is run in accordance with the democratic rules. It promotes Quadrathlon as a sport a way of life and a tool of social development.
The organization with the Headquarters at Werkstrasse 2e (1. OG), CH-8630 Rüti, Switzerland is legally registered in the commercial Register of the Canton Zürich in Switzerland under the number CHE-421.018.930.
With 112 affiliated member countries on six continents and over two hundred fifty thousand people practicing it every day, it has become a strong and very well organised federation. Nowadays Quadrathlon is taught in almost every country all over the world.

The history of Quadrathlon began in 1974 with the organization of the 1st World Championships on the days 4-5th October 1974 in Montreal, Canada.
